What energy companies serve AEP Ohio?
AEP Ohio is the primary electric utility in its service area, but customers have the option to choose their electricity supplier through Ohio's Energy Choice program. Several competitive retail electric suppliers serve the AEP Ohio territory, offering various Ohio energy suppliers. These suppliers include major companies like Direct Energy, Constellation, American Power and Gas, Energy Harbor, and Santanna Energy. While AEP Ohio continues to deliver electricity and maintain infrastructure, customers can potentially save money by selecting an alternative supplier for their electricity generation.<
